Lir Studio was founded by Jennifer Greenhorn, a systems designer and strategist with over 15 years of experience working across healthcare, insurance, technology, and public systems.

Her work focuses on how complex systems operate in the real world—particularly in environments where decisions have meaningful consequences for the people inside them.

Her experience spans a range of contexts, including service transformation, patient and injury support systems, youth health transitions, and the integration of emerging technologies into human-facing environments.
